automatic headlights

HI..
Not sure how the automatic headlights should work, but before I got my software upgraded to V 12, the headlight turn on and off depending on the outside lights situation... ie. when going into a tunnel and coming out of the tunnel.
Now, w/ V.12 once the headlights turn on automatically ... it will never go off no matter how bright the outside is. Only way to turn off in automatic setting is to restart the car. Has anyone experience this.. thanks in advance.

The dealer can adjust it. When I enter a tunnel they come on in about one second and turn off about one second after exiting the tunnel.

You'd think they'd be able to backup/restore those types of things before clobbering them with the upgrade...

Just a note: To me... 2 other things happened to me with V. 12 that i have noticed and this happen twice. The digital display between 2 speed/rev rpm did not turned on when I started my car and HUD was on but it didnt show any digits.. just dashes.. I think those two are related.
And the other was.... Now ... when you turn off the car and restart the car immediately, the acceptance screen does not come on anymore and goes straight to menu screen.
does this happen to you?
