Automatic folding outside mirrors in the US?

This morning, I was finally reunited with my ED car EIGHT weeks after drop-off in Nice. There was some small damage in transit that has been repaired. Now I have just one question.

My dealer cannot program my outside mirrors. He says that it can only be done for 7ers. Has anyone in the US managed to get their ourside mirrors programmed so that they automatically fold when the car is locked?

I was wondering about this too.. If u get the Door-switch, can u get the stock mirrors to autoclose too?

FYI when programmed, the mirrors close upon holding down the remote control lock button for an extra second or so as you lock the doors.

So not exactly "automatic".

Since it is disabled in the US for legal reasons I doubt it can be programmed by your dealer. The mirrors do automatically un-fold at 25-30mph if left folded when driving. I am sure its doable but then it will get un-done at the next CIP upgrade.
