Default auto repair after accident nightmare

Hey guys I'm new to this site and wanted to share my thoughts and get some feedback.I took my car to a mechanic after an accident and I crashed the front. Repair totals came to 11k and after my car was fixed (yesterday) I had a few issues.
#1 car makes so much noise as its running. Don't know what it is but its loud. Sounds like a fan or belt not sure at all.
#2 headlights have condensation in them
#3 front hood won't close all the way down on the driver side latch
#4 they scratched my aftermarket rims pretty deep. 2 desperate 6 inch scratches on rear right wheel.

What are my options? I want some help before I call them today.
Thanks guys

what did you wreck? the front end i assume?
was this an insurance job?

1=?
2=take off the rear covers on the lights and blow a hair dryer through them, or let them air out a while.
3=latch is adjustable. remove screw next to latch and turn the latch which threads in and out of the hood.
4=have them fix it.

The bad part is it sounds like you already collected the car. Most often this is when the repair shops does as little as possible. All you can do is contact them and share the issues and request they fix them. If this was an insurance claim notify them as well.

I had a similar problem with an 2007 e60. The body worked looked decent but they fucked up the headlamps and a couple other items. The problem is that they weren't an approved AAA dealer so AAA wouldn't guarantee their work. I didn't think that was an issue since the body shop owner was a friend of a friend. Long story short, after taking the car back a few times to get this and that fixed, I was so pissed off at the few things they didn't fix/"couldn't" fix that I traded the car in. I really liked the car but wasn't going to tolerate what I was having to deal with.

Suffice to say I won't ever go back to this kid that owned the shop. Ultimately that was my fuck up but I learned a big lesson.

In your situation, definitely inform your insurer and insist they step up and resolve the situation. 11k in damage means they probably only did 7k worth of work and banked the rest. Insist on getting your car properly fixed but know that you probably won't ever be satisfied. that was my experience.

I was thinking about your leaking lights. You mention the car was in a frontal crash. I doubt very seriously the shop had anything to do with your lights leaking now. Either they were leaking before and you didn't notice it, or perhaps it happened after the crash. I would think this would be a simple fix for the insurance company to just replace them. The repair shop most likely removed them, but its a module and removing them won't cause them to leak. Ok, maybe if they dropped them or something. Call yoiur insurance company and see what they say. I do know their first estimate is always low and if further repairs are needed they should take care of it.
