Not ideal and weakest point on looks but I am pragmatic about it and having been worn out three sets of tyres probably better off for it. The ride is completely fine except for the odd expansion joint. Anyway it wasnt that long ago that 13"s were then norm on family cars.

On the motorways in the UK, i see numerous E60's being various models. I do see far more Se than M-Sport models though.

Thanks but will chop it in for another in a couple of years time when I have taken it past the 100,000 mile mark and by then the 18" might be standard. We are already halfway there on wheel size increaments.

My Ride: F11 520d white, auto, professional sat-nav with internet, variable damper control, sports steering wheel, extended lighting, retractable tow bar, wing mirrors with dimming & folding, full electric seats with memory & lumber adjustment, etc.

All the E60 around me (five in two streets) are the SE model. The BMW S/H pages on their web-sites dont show any real marked difference from original values for the SE as opposed to the M Sport. In the S/H market its as much about the extras added and the miles the car has covered & its condition, like any other self respecting cars.
