I can not believe how many E60's with MSports packs there are in the UK.
Glad to see there are a lot of people with such good taste here
I saw several carbon black MSports E60's and a couple of silver & grey one's too. I kept checking for clings but saw none.
Who of our UK members have been in London and Birmingham in the last 6 days, and were any of you at the IFSEC show at the NEC?

My Ride: E61 535d sport, Silver Grey/grey/maple.
20" Hartge Nova 7. Previously 19" staggered 172s

The sport is a separate model here (with separate used valuation) and you have to beg a dealer to sell you an SE. He will tell you that you are mad as sports hold their value better.
We only have choice of 5 colours, and again the dealers make sure that most are black or silver because of their stock ordering policies.
While the sport is nice, it can be hard to be individual
The NEC is in my stamping ground, glad you enjoyed your visit.

NEC in roughly spitting distance for me, too. Well, nearly.
Yes, sports are all the hype, I think more than in any other european country, as I don't see as many when I travel.

Nice to hear.
I have seen a lot of E60's overhere but I have only seen one M-speck.
Two M5's and one M6, though.
Your SE makes my still laugh, but the MSport makes my envious

Yes they're a very common sight in the UK now even though you pay a premium for the M sport pack. I think the main reason for this is that BMW have made the sport pack available on every E60 model from launch where as they only released the E39 sport pack on the 520/525 near the end of production.
I have only ever seen one other E60.net member who kindly let me drive his DMSed 535d

Merv, the SE was released first - the Sport (now M Sport) came along about 9 months later...

Can vouch for that. It was SE spec or nowt when I ordered mine, but looking on the bright side I got ordinary tyres.
