Attention !!! (Left side rear window issue)Please Help !
I own a 2008 BMW 535i I have had it for about a year and a half now and things have been great with the vehicle until recently when I got a strande window malfunction specifically the rear left window in the back, for some reason when I go to open the window it seems to only drop down a couple of inches at a time rather than just at 1 click of the button. Has anyone heard of this issue before and if so I need help resolving the issue ???? dont want to got to the "Stealership"

"This is how to re-initialize the power windows :
1) Start the Car.
2) Roll down the window all the way to the bottom on the "defective" window using that windows own button not the driver's one (the window wants to stop every xx inches, keep making it go down all the way)
3) Release the window switch
4) Push and hold down the switch for EXACTLY 17 seconds (17 SECONDS IS CRITICAL)
5) After 17 seconds immediatly pull and HOLD up the switch to roll the window up.
6) While still holding up the button, the window should travel all the way up to the top, then travel all the way down again , and finally all the way up once more.
After step 6 the window was functioning normally again."
Not my post but this is how you solve it.
Its called initializing, and it teaches your windows where the limit of open and closed is.
