Hey men, where can I get the manual for taking off the lighter from the ashtray?

I'n not quite sure what you mean but the lighter itself come out just by pulling.

The ashtrey comes out by pushing the front end of the trey.

See page 114 in your manual (at least the newer manual for cars built after 3/05)
