arggg, got ticket for no front license plate

I really hate the look of a front license plate so I never put one on. I got a ticket for no reason today other than the fact that I had no front plate. Now i have to get one put on. Does anyone know of a mounting bracket that won't require me to drill into my M-tech kit? Maybe one that mounts from under and comes out to hold the plate? I really really really do not want to drill into my bumper. Any help would be great.

You need to attend the Wheel Power Meet next weekend. There may possibly be a resolution for you. 
Dont inspect, pay the fine which is probably $100-$200 = NO PLATE YAY

Another solution would be for you to move to Florida. Cars here are only required to have a license plate on the back

Another thing is that you can say that your front plate was stolen and you haven't had the time to go get new plates from DMV and ask the officer to let you go this time with a warning.
