well that clears things up but, why do i feel like bmw is just misleading us on features and items that this car should come with and they dont. I mean how can you release a car and have so many issues. This is my first bmw i had 2001 e320 before and i have to say never had any problems with it. I guess what i am trying to say is that i feel dissapointed with the quality of bmw. I love the performance of my bmw and the new style and design but as far as the little problems with the software updates, airbag lights , noisy interior , not being able to install certain things because bmw does not have a retrofit of software for a task. bmw should be ready for this such thing before you release such a expensive car. I have even been thinking about trading it back in for a mercedes. I know i went off subject sorry but i just cant take it anymore.

Just to be fair, I don't think M-B ships warning triangles to the US market either. Since we don't have any laws requiring cars to carry them, they don't bother to install them.

That's the funny thing about it. No law requirement, but you have to have those side reflectors on the front lights and can't have reflectors in the rear bumper...
