anyone knows a place to get a bent wheel fixed?

i had repeated flat tire/low tire pressure warning for a month, and i found out that it was the front tire of driver side.
There was a cut on the sidewall so I replaced it to a brand new one. I hoped that it would go away, but i still have the warning once in a week.
I think the wheel is bent, but please correct me if im wrong. I'd like to give a shot to repair it before i go with balance/alignment.
Anyone knows a reliable place in So Cal area where i can get it fixed?
