I was putting in my sub and found this amp-like device on the driver side of the trunk. Not sure what it does. Anybody know?

What are the specific on you car? I have Sat-Nav with Logic 7 stereo and I dont have one there, just a big one on the wheel well on that side.

Attachment 81454

I think it is a Satellite tuner installed in an uncommon spot compared to most of us. Look at it more closely and it will have a sticker showing Sirius if I am right. Otherwise the sticker would identify it.

Well the stereo amp is on the wheel well like usual, that's where I tapped for my sub. I will check for the sirius sticker. My car does NOT have Sat Nav.
