Default Anyone know what this is?

Found this white plastic gear under driver's side front seat near the guide rail. The only two pieces found had a small amount of grease on them. The gear is about an inch long and the flange is about an inch in diameter. The car is E60 and has comfort seat w/memory. Could not find the part on Real OEM. Anyone know where it came from and part number if possible? Seat still works. Not making any strange noises.

Thanks
