does the radio have the plug on the back, and do you need to take the dash panel a part.

You need to take the dash apart to remove the radio, the plug is on the back, so it's only accessible when the radio is out of the dash.

I read that there was a bulletin I could reference to get mp3 function working and reciprocally enable an aux input?

Can anyone help??

Wow, I wish I lived in SoCal, $110 for an AUX port seems reasonable. And I agree, AUX is better than iPod port cuz, frankly, I'm getting sick of having to replace my iTouch every 2yrs cuz the battery goes to shit. It's a good thing I can still find suckers to buy them from Ebay tho!
