I have a 2006 530xi with stock suspension and 20's.
I bought it this way and totally liked how it looked.

WARNING:
While I do enjoy the look of the 20's that came on my car...
It does work fine for day to day commuting, but I have totally notice that hitting large bumps will run the wheel up into the inside of the fender. It makes a terrible sound.
This is also the case if I have very much weight at all in the car, including:

• A back seat full of kids
• A trunk full of road trip supplies or camping gear
• Even my large co-worker in the passenger seat

This is definitely why I bought a different set (17s) for winter (last pic).

So, beware.

 

Hey thanks for posting pictures and describing your ride quality. What tires are you running with the 20s? My car is not my daily driver so I'm not really worried and I pretty much try to dodge all potholes so I'm not really worried on that aspect

Back - 275/30 ZR 20
