Anyone has sw 13.3 and pro nav but still no voice

Hi I heard that after a certain sw version released in september the cars that have pro nav should automaticly get upgraded to voice response. I'm wondering if thats sw V 13.3. Does anyone have this combination and does the voice response system work now.

I can't speak for the Euro cars but on my US spec car, I've been using voice commands since version 11.x.
I now have version 12.2 and voice commands still work. Either it's a European problem you're experiencing or your dealer doesn't know how to set it up correctly.

It seems that the incompatibility between pro nav and voice commands was an european issue.
There are reports reports of being solved, but you should need to order it with your dealer, it's not just a matter of u/g the s/w (afaik).
See Doctor Diesel post (here), he's waiting for the dealer to install it.

The dealer had to order a specific diskete from BMW-AG in order to do it.

As far as I have been told by my dealer is that voice control is not available in the netherlands (If you have a dutch car). I only have the button on my steeringwheel and not next to the menu button (behind the I-Drive). Do you have the voicecontrol button next to your I-Drive button??? Andy545 has a diplomatic car wich is delivered in the netherlands by a dutch dealer and he does have the voicecontrol.
My dealer tried to activate voice control for my bleutooth phone but also told me this was not possible.
Very strange due to the fact the Eric525 does have it and his car is bought at the same dealership...
I hope we can get it with a software update.. That would be awesome!

Hi jmcaiado, can you please find out what the ordering details of the disk are that your dealer ordered and made voice response work? I don't care if it will only work in German. I want it. In which language does it work? I gues not in portugese.
