Anyone else notice they changed the PDC sensors a little bit?

Slightly off topic ...

Would it be possible to add more PDC sensors to an existing group of them?

Suppose one wanted to add two that would aim lower than the four on the front bumper. Perhaps wire them in parallel to the existing circuit. Or maybe in series ... would have to study the circuit.

sixcard

EDIT: They are obviously wired in neither series nor parallel since they each pick up an individual zone. Might be able to wire each new one with one existing original.

Just speculating here.

I agree with your logic -- at least the logic after the edit -- but I wonder if the sensors would "alert" too frequently if they were aimed down since they'd probably pick up the ground, etc?

Is it true that instead of beeps that increase in frequency, the '09 system has a voice that says, "closer, Closer, CLOSER, STOP!"?
