I wouldn't know, my E60 has never seen rain
I do have a problem with my Accord, but in the trunk. When it rains water gets through the rubber seals and into the trunk. I've learned not to put anything in the trunk during rainy seasons.

Yup... always after a car wash and I open the door to wipe the inside door jams dry.
