My Ride: 2005 Jet Black 545i w/ sport pkg, nav, HUD
Paid for wheels he had for sale in the classified section via paypal .... I'll withhold judgment until all is said and done, but I'm waiting for a refund. Just seeing if anyone has dealt with him.

hmm... 
I think my boy spoke to him on the phone and was gonna go and pick the rims up in person, but he backed out, bc he had some unexpected circumstances (my friend - not Leroy5series). We ended up not buying the rims from him, so I can't really give you any accounts of transactions. But it seemed solid enough for us to be ready to make the 6 hour drive down...

I've sent refund today, I would have sent sooner but last I heard you were going to decide and let me know the next day and I hadn't heard anything in a couple. here was the last message I got from you before telling me you were waiting for a refund. I don't want you to think I was holding out on you, these were definately unexpected circumstances. sorry again.

I looked at the pics, The rears seem very worn. 2 new tires are at least $300. Let me sleep on it and i'll let you know tomorrow.
