anyone bought light bulb from aretardedorange?
i paid him on/about 6/10/2012, until now. i still not receive his license plate light.
is it normal that slow sending to me in hk after many many many resend parcel(he said)?

While I can't comment on the reasons why its taking so long, I've ordered plenty of things FROM Hong Kong and had them arrive within 3 weeks with standard shipping.
