Anyone with a 525d who can provide a nice 800x600 picture of the engine for the sites engine gallery please let me know via PM or email or just post it here. I'd like to fill in the blanks in the galleries.

We need a 535d engine picture also but I don't think anyone can buy a 535d yet can they?

Thanks!

My 525d is scheduled for 18Aug. (can't wait, the suspense s killing me :'( )

I was already planning to take some pictures and sending them in. I'll also make some pictures of the interior/exterior (both amethyst wich is a bit uncommon)

Iceman do you have any details on when exactly the CIP with mp3 suport would be released ? I'm going on a holiday in September to Italy with the car and can really uise the mp3 support

Lomaq, I received my 525D last friday and will be pleased to take some photos of the engine. It is now 11 PM and it's too dark to make it right, I'll do it tomorrow morning with the sun light and will send it to you.
Regards, Fernando

I have seen a 525d in the dealer and the engine looks like the same of the 530d.

LOL, yes, I realize the engines are the same but we'd like to be correct. The same goes with the 520/525/530 .. all look identical but the pictures in the engine gallery are of the actual engines.

Fernando: Thanks so much for volunteering a picture. Please take a frontal view like all the others in atleast 800x600 so it matches.

Thanks so much!

It's better to be correct. Maybe there is a difference we just haven't found yet... Then we would look like i**ots...
