I'm at 111600. At 105k I had the valve cover gaskets replaced which required the removal of the engine. While the drive train was out of the car I replaced the clutch which was worn down to the rivets, the water pump, front struts, the alternator, the a/c and the serpentine belt. The software was also updated. Prior to this I had no issues nor do I foresee any. My car remains rattle free. Oddly enough, the front end and hood are the only indicators of the mileage-stone chips and faded headlight lenses. Those issues will be resolved later this year.

Mine's at 60k. Had it for one year. It's supposed to last "forever"... however I wouldn't be surprised if it did. My dad's got an '89 E30 that has taken beating after beating, yet it still runs really strong. It's odometer stopped working around 215k miles, and that was two years ago!

My '04 just rolled over to 50k miles, it was a very sad day, but at least I know it will go for another 100k without problems. My dad's E39 has 180k on it, about 30k per year recently and not a single problem, ever.

Dont pass this around or all the cheap ones will get bought up. 1st e60 267,000 miles totalled it. 2nd e60 220,000 miles totalled it. 3rd one 125,000 miles only had it a week please God dont let me total this one.
I bought my first one with 88,000 miles on the clock, 2nd 113,000 miles and then this one with 124,000 when i bought it.
These are all big diesels 530d,535d,535d.
The engines never use oil and they go forever. Off course most people faint at buying a car over 100,000 miles which is great for the buyer who knows the car.
I had an e39 523 petrol and it done.......367,000 miles!!!!!.........the old bugger started to use a bit of oil though at the end. I didnt total that one someone ran into the side of me!!! Sold it for £500 to a guy from Poland.
Cheers

coming up on 103,000 miles. Just replaced the spark plugs with NGK Irdiums (3 hour job), planning on flushing out the radiator/cooling system, replacing the water pump and try to find out why my car is leaking oil on the passenger side.
