I'm sure you've already made up your mind.. (I'm a little late on the post here) but the Matrix system is OK. It's like using OMNI or NASON. YOU will see a difference in quality of paint tho when comparing 2 brands. It really comes down to which "Chip" you chose. Some paint stores that mix the paint for you just go with the first CHIP, others have several variations of shade which will adjust the gram's of a toner needed to get that proper blend/color match.
A bumper 90% of the time will have it's own variation chip due to it's different material. Also some paint systems will use different sealers to make sure the color your putting on looks like it should.

I use Valspar, PPG and Chromax @ our shop. But Matrix is good for complete jobs. Blending some of there toners is a pain in the rear!
BTW ROSKINC car looks good!
