Default another experience at my Stealership

Hi guys new to the forum and i just wanted to share another experience i had with my local dealership. I have a 550 which (like most of you here) keep in Pristine condition. Well i had a problem with my heated seats and took it in. They came back and told me that the seat bottom had to be replaced. I said ok left the car there for 4 days. Finally they called me to pick it up. Now i usually check the car over but that day i was running between jobs and i had no time. Anyway that was Thursday, well today i said let me go wipe the car down. Well when i opened the door i lost my head. They had dented the "M" door sill, the side pillar was not scratched but looked like a Mastiff was trying to scratch his way out of the car. So i decided to check the cars interior in detail. Even my stearing wheel leather was scratched. What pisses me off more is that i didnt notice something that was so obvious. I hope Monday they dont give me shit.. Thanks for letting me exhale on you guys.
Question besides replacing all of these interior parts, do you guys think i should ask for a new stearing wheel. Its about a 3 inch scratch and deep??

thanks again

I would definitely bring it up to the SA and escalate it to management if necessary. They should fix and/or replace parts that were damaged during installation due to carelessness.

I would definitely bring these issues up to the dealer, however, since time passed it is likely they will decline to do anything unless you have a good relationship with your SA. Once it leaves the lot they pretty much wash their hands of it, but it can't hurt to try - I'd be fuming too

i do i have good relationship with SA thats why i havent mentioned the dealers name. and im sure they will take care of it. my beef is how in the world can professionals fuck up a interior so bad by taking out one f-n seat. I know guys in my hometown Washington Heights NYC that can heist the seats from a Benz without making a mark or fingerprint..lol I should of called them

LMAO, we probably know the same guys. You have to remember (even when talking to your SA) that hopefully this is an isolated incident and hopefully they will make it right.

Default All is Good at BMW of Towson MD

Well guys they gave me a hard time but finally we came to an agreement. New steering wheel, new door sill, new B Pillar cover, and repair the door. They gave me 2013 F10 Hybrid to drive around for a week cause they have to order everything from Deutchland. Let me tell you i was really impressed with the power of this car. Any way all is good.

The sad part about this is, I am sure they will not take the personal responsibility and eat those charges for the damage THEY caused. More than likely, they will file it as warranty claim...
