Hi Pros,

This morning i started the car , and it starts without any problem.

while driving i decided to check the exact amount of fuel in the tank via ACM , then i notice the voltage is droping .1 volt every 5 mins of driving.

Then after sometimes , idrive started to flash.

i switch off the car , restart and the start was slow , but started.

then after everything is fine and ACM shows the voltage is going up again, anyone experience this?

Do think it is the alternator?

my alternator was replaced a few weeks ago. I was driving one night and lost power, all warning lights came on, my i-drive flashed and i-drive screen displayed low battery charge. Before it lost complete power, I noticed the electric windows, wipers and sunroof were slow. After a while it started again but got it towed to bmw anyway.

 

How much did they charge for it
