Are All Multi-Function Comfort Seated Heated ?

I am looking to swap out my standard heated seats for the multi function comfort seats. I have a chance to buy a pair of comfort seats from a salvage yard but they can't tell me if they're heated or not. Their thought is that all comfort seats are heated. Is this correct? Many TIA.

My Ride: 2005 545i E60 Orient Blau Metallic
Premium, NAV, Winter Package, Heads Up Display, Logic 7 Audio, AngeliBright Upgrade [White], M5 Body Kit, M Embroidered Seats
Confirm-heated seats are not part of premium package or comfort seats pkg but part of the winter package. You will have to get BOTH Comfort + Winter packages to get the heated multi-function seats...

WOW thats very expensive.
here in UK i got a full set (front / rears and door cards) from a 2007 M5 that had 20 way heated bolster seats for ?600 from a breakers yard. ??
