My Ride: 2004 545i Silver Gray/Black
Step Auto. Sports Package, Logic 7, Cold Weather Package, Parking Distance, and Rear Sun Shades
2002 330ci Titanium Silver/Gray
Step Auto, Sports Package, Premium Package, Xenon, 18 inch wheels.
My car wouldn't keep stright(5 degree to the left) after software updated. Sounds like alignment problem right?
I was complaining about it to my dealer, and they were about to charge me $220 to do 4-wheel alignment. (Alignment is not cover by warranty and maintenance program)
After they checked and tested drive, they found out it's AFS steering lost calibration after my last software updated.
Thanks god, I was almost about sending my car to a local tire shop to do 4-wheel alignment. They only charge $65 for it. My car could get totally screwed if I had done that.
Just wanted to share this experience.
