And what about the oil change?

if you have the same 4-year free maintenance program as the states, oil change is covered. you'll get your free oil change once a year even there is nothing show in the service indicator. i did mine last month (only 11 months) with only about 4k miles. it's free. the service advisor put a note in the work order and made sure the tech not to reset anything in idrive. which means if the indicator shows i need another oil change within this year, i'll get it for free again . talk to the service manager if the service advisor doesn't give you the oil change.

I had my oil changed at about 8k miles because the car said it needed it. I have also just had a complete rear brake replacement (rotors, pads, sensors, and new fluid) job done at only about 10k miles...again because the car said it needed it. And, my dealership took care of it without question, or problems!! Now, I have the 4 year free maintenance program, and it may be different under other circumstances, but the car dictates when it needs something done based on actual usage, wear, etc., not the SA looking at typical mileage intervals....hope that helps!
