I had to disconnect all the cables going to the various switches in the headliner, now I am getting a Passenger Airbag malfunction. Did anyone have this problem after disconnecting that wire to hardwire your radar detectors?

I assume I need to get the dealer to reset this??

Yup, that's what I recall from previous posts; and I thought there was a DJ warning to AVOID that connection for this reason.

Thanks for the response. I must have missed that warning.

That blue connector freaked me out, I had to give it a real good squeeze for it to splice into that wire. I was so afraid I was going to cut right through it. Then I'd really have some explaining to do at the dealer.
