i am wondering if these 2 features are packaged together for 530i?
i got adaptive headlights for my e60 but unsure if it comes with the headlight cleaning system.
i understand this is a standard function for 545i, but what about 530i. anyone?

I think it comes with the cold weather package here in the us i have it but i also have the bixenons

yes, that's correct, the washing is a component of the 'cold weather package' in the US.

In Europe all Xenon or Bixenon lights are mandatory provided with headlight washers.

Here in Canada, they are separate options. The Adaptive Headlight option will cost $490 CDN, and the Headlamp washers another $450 CDN

In the US, adaptive headlights are an integral part of the 545 SP, but headlight washers are not.

I may have been in error in specifying just the 545 SP to be equipped with active headlights, but no washers. That may be the standard for all US 545s. Canadian, too?
