active steering malfuction!?!

hey guys,
so i didnt drive my car for a week because i was on vaction and when i drove the car when i came back the active steering malfunction sign came on. just for me to drive striaght i gotta have the steering wheel a little sideways.. i made a service appointment but they didnt tell me if it was cover under the warranty.. you guys think it will be or will i have pay out of my packet to fix???

Have you tried to reset it according to the manual? Thats happend to me before, and I just followed the instructions and all was well shortly thereafter.

Any Check Messages? I've had one case of the AS warning light on and the steering inoperative, but it was due to a low battery condition, and after driving for a couple miles the batt charged up and AS began working fine again. The Check Message displayed an error during the inoperable condition, then cleared itself when charging was restored.
