I've been driving '04 525 sport with ACS for a couple months. Recently I purchased '06 530 sport w/o ACS and realized how much of a difference ACS makes. On the highway I felt like I had to fight the steering wheel as it seemed to follow road imperfections and making quick turns felt cumbersome... Anybody know if it is feasible to add ACS?

I guess it's feasible but as ever cost prohibitive. You would probably wouldn't find dealer willing (or able) to fit it.

In theory the parts could be ordered and installed but it would be cheaper to sell and buy the whole car...
