My Ride: 2008 Jet Black 528i Navigation, heated seats, premium

Hello everyone!
I just have a quick question regarding which seats had the active headrests in 2008. I just got my car back out of the shop after being rear-ended(another post), and the manual says that active headrests needs to be reset after certain types of accidents. The lady at the BMW collision center didn't seem to know too much about this, only saying that they did what the computer told them to do after an accident. Great, that sounds interesting, and useless!
My car is a 2008 528i with premium Dakota leather seats, but they are NOT the 20-way multi-contour seats. Also, my car is a July 07', when the factory was still using the older style headrests(not the one with the plastic back on it). The entire headrest is leather. (See pix).
Thanks in advance. You guys are awesome. BTW I will post pix of the $8,000 + worth of repairs after I stop staring at the car and finally convince myself that the rear bumper is in fact an LCI rear bumper and not otherwise. An M Tech rear bumper would have been awesome, but for the diminished value claim, I couldn't really convince Allstate that the car had a regular front bumper and an M Tech rear bumper!
