Hmm it would have taken a lot more to restrain me from "accidentally" hitting the gas after hitting the brake. I wonder how that Peeus would have held up to the monster kidney

I hate Prius drivers. So self righteous b/c of their fad fashion trend POS excuse for a car! Good luck with your "accident." When getting his driver's license info, you should have said:
"Oh I know where this address is. I have some old homeboyz, errr.... friends.... in that area. I'll tell them to say hi to you the next time they see you, which is most likely tomorrow, very very late in the evening. Oh, and BTW, should I send my repair bill to this address as well? Ok buddy, enjoy your days...."

Why didn't you contact the police if you thought that he purposely did this? You should have filed a formal complaint at the scene with the police. Happy to hear everyone is ok which is the most important part.
Also, I agree with the BMW assist. When I got into my accident, I heard someone over the BMW assist within seconds. It worked flawlessly.

I have a huge favor to ask and I know this is a stretch but did anyone out there witness this accident and is willing to speak up about it. It was an black 2007 550i vs. 2005 Black Prius.

-BMW brakes are awesome! If I was in any other car, it would have been so much worse.
-BMW assist is great. First time I used it and was very impressed.
