last night I was driving downhill and slowed down for small bump, after hitting bump at about 5-10mph I gave it significant throttle, it dropped a gear then I felt an immediate CLUNK CLUNK CLANK CLUNK with each wheel rotation. I was able to immediately pull into my driveway and park... Doesn't seem to do it in reverse. It feels as if the driveshaft or something is disconnected. I just had the transfer case replaced too. car is bone stock 09 535i xdrive with 110k on the clock. Please help.

 

Update appears to be motor mount, I'll post video asap... has anyone ever gone through this???!

 

At 110K I dont think so. I have 160K on the ticker and my mounts are still good. Maybe someone will chime in if they have had mount issues.
