Usually this warning light combination comes on due to a malfunctioning wheel speed sensor. Although how you explain your situation I'm not sure if that is the case, seems a little odd. Anyway it seems like one of your sensors is going poopy.

how is your battery doing? A faulty IBS sensor, unregistered and/or dead battery (or a combo of all of those things) will make the car do funny things!

Same as Joe550i. Seems to me it has something to do with the battery or IBS.

In the absence of any other symptoms, I'd say, one of the wheel speed sensor is acting up.
Worst case scenario, the ABS pump or the control module is the culprit.

Even affecting the radio??? Was the car in heavy rain lately? I guess in Dublin it's possible, but depending on the year of your car, check the spare tire area and see if your microprocessor module is still there and not swimming in collected rain water.
