for about 30 seconds

Hey guys I have a strange issue for about 30 to 45 seconds on cold mornings car starts up just fine but the radio, the interior lights, and the car itself idle will flicker the radio will go out completely for two to three seconds and at time the lights interior do the same. I have a fairly new battery installed and coded by the dealer it seems to have corresponded to the battery cable recall but i'm not sure.

Could it be the alternator going 04 brought in 03 with 83000 miles, also thinking about taking the car to Auto zone or Advance to have it checked good idea or not.

Its pretty cold this morning so if I can remember I will video the issue and post it, thanks in advance :D

Get a voltmeter in the morning, start the car, and measure the voltage at the jump-start terminal and ground. The voltage should read around 14V. Anything significantly lower is one indication the alternator is going/gone.
