I dont think the mileage is a problem, the BMW engines are still great when maintained properly, what BMW do best in my opinion. I'd be more worried about the electronics/computer/Idrive & all the rest of the gameboy stuff they think we all want!!.

Do you mind telling us what you paid for a BMW extended warranty? I presumed that it is a 6yr/100,000 mi. warranty? From what I have read, it does not cover NAV, rear sunshades, PDC and other accessories. Is that right?

Mine has 48,500 and it is just as sweet today and the day I got her. Fact is she is probably better. still tight and purrn'... Wish I could say the same about my wife ...

Yeah,, We have 90.000 km's on our 530dA - and it runs just like a new one, even better because it is broken in, and we have changed fron Run Flats to NON Run Flats
