I've seen numerous offers for the MTech bumpers on this forum. However, what I'm trying to track down is the 5501 LCI Sport bumper. Thee two look very similar with my preference being the 550i (see the pictures below).

I own a 2006 550i (with PDC) and would like to upgrade the look to match that of a 2008 550i Sport NOT an M5. I have two questions:

1) Does anyone know where I can find the 550i bumpers from a decent price?

2) Will the 550i LCI bumper fit properly on my 2006? Are there any tutorials on how to perform this install?

Thanks for your help.

basically you want the OEM LCI MTECH FRONT BUMPER, not the M5 STYLE replica BUMPER, contact members, TRINITY AUTOSPORT or NeRwEEzy. They should be able to help you out. They sell OEM products as well as the replicas. while you at it, get the sides and the mtech rear too. Sometimes the front bumper by itself costs alot, worth more to get the entire kit.

You can definitely buy the oem m-tech aero front bumper cover, but only for your model year which is pre-LCI. I believe the '08 model year cover is
slightly different, yes? When I purchased mine from Garry, he needed to know my model year, however, that may only have to do with PDC or non-PDC.

From what I've heard, the PDC holes are different sizes between the Pre-LCI and LCI.
