Your location would help with the answer. CB has been available in Europe as an option for some time I believe. In the US, it became available with the 550 Sports Package only starting MY 2008, which was mid-2007 at the dealers. Not available on US MY 2007 as I recall. For MY 2009, I think you can get it on the 535 as well...

Anything you miss about the 550i? Do you have any pics of your 550i? I am trying to decide between the 550i Sport and the M5. I am going with the Carbon Black and either Natural Brown or Black interior. Any input would be appreciated.

. Absolutely loved my 550.. only reason to let it go was the M. 
One of my favourites things about the car was the carbon black.
