[quote name='andy545' date='Apr 3 2005, 07:44 PM']Conditions:
- 20 degrees centigrade ( 68F )
- A4 autobahn near Aachen
- medium traffic....couldn't get a 0-260 time in. Next time.
- 2 runs 0-100 ( 0-62mph ) - 2nd run was better.
- 1 high speed run
Conclusion : too easy....get the Vmax speed restriction lifted?
Enjoy!!

That will leave my 535d look like standing still. Never thought the 545 would be that fast!
According to the video you created pretty much of a bug soup on your windshield, what a way to die being a fly..

I am very surprised that STEPtronic is only 0.1 sec behind stick shift. Now I am a believer.
Very nice!

This asks for a head to head 535d vs 545i video!
I think it will be close up to 160-180, the 545i wil start to walk away slowly after 160-180.
A 80-160 sprint would be nice as wel!l
