My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.
The Lamborghini Countach was the vehicle of comspicuous consumption of the 1980's. The 1986 S version was the fastest at 5.2 sec 0-60 and a 13.7 sec quarter. Road and track has the 545 at 5.3 sec and a 13.8 quarter.
I can't believe how far cars have come in performance!

Not only engines have got better, but suspension, tyres, body shell...
In rally world You can see it so that with half of power (today ~300hp early -80's 600 to 800 hp) stage times are faster.
But still Countach has lot of balls!

I must really admit, 545i is really awesome. I test-drove NewBiemer's 545i SMG, and my first impression was .. "WOW". Sigh
