I have a 2005 545i and I've noticed the light from each headlight does not seem to be the same. The reflection off the rear of other cars isn't the same. They're the adaptive neon lights that were on the car since new. Looking at the car from the front one light seems a bit off white. Is there a filament that may be burned out. Please give me some ideas.

I just replaced all my lights with matching 6000k HID bulbs. Including matching fogs. I noticed a difference in reflections as well and thought something was wrong, but it's just the reflection. From the front and from some pics my bro took while driving in front of me, everything matches up. The stock bulbs are 4300k I believe and so that might be where you are noticing the "off white" color.

Due to age, as the Xenon (D1S and D2S) bulbs deteriorate, the light output fades away. Replace the bulbs and you will be all set.
