Thats right , my car has been in the shop since Wed... It has been Puma'ed, it's had the HPFP,LPFP, coil packs, Pezios all looked or replaced and it is still having issues...

German engineers got brought in on it , since I had a HPFP fail not even 2 month ago and had a 4th gen pump installed to replace it.

The new on did not help , then they swore up and down that it was the regular Low pressure one on the tank, none were in stock in the US so one got over nighted from Germany ( thank god this is all covered under warranty). It was delayed to the dealer and did not get there till late on Friday, but they stayed late and got it installed..... Only to find out that ,that still was not the issue. I had no car up to this point since there were no loaners available.

The 2nd Puma showed that the Fuel pressure sensors "May" be bad. Only thing was that it was so late on Friday night when they discovered the new issue that the parts could not be overnighted. So it will be Tue or Wed before the parts are even in, that was just a guess by the Engineers in Germany....

The original thought was that the LPFP was bad all along and killed the other 2 pumps, and all the other parts associated with fuel delivery , but now they are not so sure.

I finally got to pick up a loaner Yesterday Am. It was a 08 E90 335i w/ Premium, sport, premium audio, Auto, pretty nice for a loaner , but I am happy that I got the e60 over the E90 though.... Just not the same. Size , interior trim level, road noise, back seat , fit and finish... It is fast as all get up though I'll give it that, but I'm willing to bet that ta SATed 535i is right about the same 0-60 and may have cought up if not passed it due to areo in 60-100+ area. The sport suspension in the E60 I also like a lot more , I really did not think the 100lbs weight difference and the Active roll bars make that much difference , but I was incorrect.

I will keep you all updated to the situation , cause I don't know if any one really knows what is truly going on.
