535i Engine Vibration While stopped in D

Recently my 2008 535i has been making a vibrating sound while I am stopped in drive and the engine is idling low, such as sitting on a slight hill. Any ideas as to what this could be? Engine mounts and turbos replaced at about 82k and the car currently has 110k.
