Does anyone know if there is way to adjust the clutch pedal height on a 2008 535i, after the replacement of the CDV valve.

My Ride: 2004 545i titanium grey 6 speed manual with light grey interior. Nav, L7, cold weather, sport, sat. Modifications: suede headliner, pianno black interior trim, Ipod dock, Mtech front bumper, Angel Eyes, and flat black kidney grills.

Did you replace the CDV valve with an oem BMW CDV? Or did you mean to say that you deleted it or installed a Zechenhousen modified CDV valve? After changing the CDV valve you need to bleed the system. This is very easy since it can be done by simply rapidly moving the clutch pedal up and down 10 or 20 times. This will clear out any air in the system as long as you did not loose all the fluid from the rear chamber of the brake fluid reservoir during the installation. Hope this helps. My two cents is that the Zechenhousen modified valve made no improvement in the clutch feel or control. I believe the main problem is in the heavy dual mass flywheel design.
