According to this forum delivery of the new 535d is delayed until late 2004. First cars are re-scheduled from September 2004 to November/December 2004.

My 535d is due in on 15th Oct.
That's 2 weeks earlier than anticipated.
2 days ago the dealer confirmed this.Next Friday!!
