My Ride: '06 535D touring with M-Sport paket

Hi all,
From some months, I was smelling a bit the exhaust gas into the interior of the car, only when car was stopped,(engine running of course). When I removed my intake flaps, I 've seen that around the turbo area, there was some black dust, revealing that some seals around the exhaust system were leaking (my car is a '06 535D touring, chiptuned with 200.000km)
During the last maintenance at the BMW garage, we took a closer look to this problem, and we've seen that the seals around the turbos were not in their optimum shapes, and also that the "flex" connector, at the exhaust of the catalysator was also black (leaking somehow).
Anyhow, I took a rendez-vous to take the exhaust collector out, as well as the 2 turbos, in order to replace all the seals.
After dismounting, it appears that all the seals were leaking, but also that the large turbo was showing a crack of +/- 5cm long (on the hot turbine side of course). the crack was starting from the inlet of the turbo (exhaust gas). Also the flap that is controlling the inlet of the gas into the turbo (the flap is closed below 3000rpm) was also having a crack.
So I decided to have the whole turbo replaced (1800? - standard exchange)
According to them, they've only had to change a turbo once, on a X5 model.
Hope I shall be able to do another 150.000km with it !
