Just got home from a long trip, with very mixed traffic. 5 hours of driving, with ~45 minutes city traffic and the rest highway. Highest speed was 200km/h (for a short period of time) but most of the time I drove 120km/h on cruise control. I didn't deliberately try to optimize for fuel consumption, just drove in a "normal" way.
Got 5.0l/100km, which equals to 56.5mpg (UK) or 47mpg (US). I think that's fantastic for such a large luxury car.
See screenshot.
By the way, my trip computer is 3% optimistic compared to real fuel consumption.
