The last I heard, BMW won't be bringing any diesels(525d, 530d, or 535d) to the US because difficulty in meeting CARB emissions requirements.

That sounds like an awesome car you've chosen 535d.
I wanted the M package, however, was advised not to in Holland. Apparently, it
doesn't sell as good here as it does in other countries.
Since this car is temporary, I don't want to risk hurting my resale.
