Hi Guys,

Thinking of getting a 2008 530i M-sport LCI. UK specs.

But i'd like to hear some feedbacks for this particular model 1st.

Does this model comes in 272hp? 0-100km/h in how many secs?

Is the head-up display optional? Cos i've seen some cars without head up display for this year's model.

What is the common problem for this model?

All UK spec 530i's use the newer N53 268bhp engine, 0-60mph is 6.1 for the manual and 6.3 for the auto. HUD is really rare on UK spec cars. Personally I wouldn't run any of the new BMWs without a warranty, there's just to many things that cost a fortune to fix. The N53 engine suffers with high pressure fuel pumps failing, Injectors failing and the DME (engine ecu) has been known to fail as well.

So your advice its a No No for the newer N53 engine model cos of too many problems arise from this particular used model compare to other used models?
